MobyMax Earns Top Honors for Best Multi-Subject Website (Early and Upper Elementary), Best Multi-Level Website, and Best Teacher Tools

Nov. 14, 2016 – MobyMax, innovator of personalized and blended learning curriculum for K-8 students, earned top honors in the 2016 Education Software Review (EDDIE), garnering awards in an unprecedented four categories:

  • Best Multi-Subject Website Early Elementary
  • Best Multi-Subject Website Upper Elementary
  • Best Multi-Level Website
  • Best Teacher Tools/Integrated Classroom Tools Website

Presented by ComputED Gazette, the awards honor publishers that augment classroom curriculum and improve teacher productivity. MobyMax provides technology that enables students to learn twice as fast while giving teachers real-time student monitoring tools and enhancing parental engagement.

"We are honored by ComputED’s recognition for our one-of-a-kind approach to learning and the breakthrough “touch” curriculum that is helping so many students advance,” said MobyMax co-founder Glynn Willett.

“To be chosen from among 50 global publishers is a testament to our vision for every child in every school in every country to be able to learn as fast as if they had the best teacher in the world sitting beside them.”

This is the second year in a row that MobyMax has received EDDIE awards for Best Multi-Subject Website and Best Multi-Level Website. In addition, the awards also acknowledge the advances MobyMax has made in adding to the company’s already extensive curriculum with Cognitive Skill Science, Social Studies, Early Reading Trio, and Alphabet.

As Willett notes, MobyMax is not finished yet. Six new early reading modules, including phonics, spelling, and blended words, were released earlier this week, and additional advancements are already on the drawing board for 2017.

The ComputED Gazette is a valuable educational resource, having served the education community for more than 22 years. The award selection criteria include academic content, potential for broad classroom use, technical merit, subject approach, and management system. Publishers worldwide submitted programs in more than 50 award categories.
